Ingredients
• 7.2kg tomatoes
• 1.1kg sugar
• 700ml vinegar
• 4 tablespoons salt
• 2 tablespoons cloves
• 2 tablespoons peppercorns
• 2 tablespoons whole all spice
• 2 cloves garlic
Method
Boil all together for 3 hours or a little longer, strain and bottle hot.
