Ingredients
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups water
• 1 tablespoon gelatine
• Vanilla
• Cocoa
• Milk
• Coconut
Method
Boil sugar, water and gelatine for 20 minutes. Let cool a while and beat until thick and white. Add vanilla. Cut into squares or scoop up spoons of the marshmallow and coat with cocoa and milk mixture. Roll in coconut. Set in the fridge.
