Ingredients
• 2 egg whites
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups rice bubbles
• 1 cup coconut
Method
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar gradually beating all the time. Fold in vanilla and rice bubbles and coconut. Put teaspoon-fulls on greased tray and put cherry or nut on top. Bake in a moderate oven until cooked.
