Raisin Pudding 

raising pudding recipe

 Ingredients 

• 3 cups plain flour 

• 1 teaspoon each of bicarb soda, cream of tartar, and spice 

• 2 cups raisins 

• 2 or 3 eggs 

• 1 cup sugar 

• 2 tablespoons butter 

• 2 tablespoons treacle 

• 1 cup milk 

 Method 

Sift dry ingredients, rub in butter, add cut up raisins and sugar and treacle. Beat egg and milk and mix with the other ingredients.
