Peanut Crunch

Ingredients 

• ¼ cup sugar 

• 125g butter 

• 2 slightly rounded tablespoons golden syrup 

• ½ cup chopped peanuts 

• 1 cup rolled oats 

• 8 cups rice bubbles 

 Method 

Put sugar, butter and golden syrup in a large saucepan and melt. Add other ingredients and press into a 9 x 12 tin. Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
