Ingredients
• 1 bottle orange cordial
• 1 bottle lemon cordial
• 1.5 litres of water
• 425g can sliced peaches
• 425g can crushed pineapple
• 6 passionfruit
• 6 large bottles lemonade
• 1 bottle sweet sherry
• Ice cubes
Method
Mix together cordials, water, chopped peaches, and pineapple with liquid and passionfruit pulp. Mix well. Refrigerate until just before serving. Pour into large punch bowl. Stir in lemonade, sherry and ice cubes. Gives approx. 50 serves.
