Ingredients
• 1 large tomato
• 1 small onion chopped finely
• 1 egg lightly beaten
• Pepper and salt to taste
• Pinch of mixed herbs
• 1 dessertspoon cornflour
Method
Peel tomato and chop finely. Add rest of ingredients and bring to the boil, mix cornflour with water and thicken. Boil a minute.
