Mexicanne Rice

Ingredients 

• ¾ cup rice, cooked 

• 1 tablespoon butter 

• Fine minced steak 

• 2 cups water 

• Salt 

• Tin of tomato soup 

• Curry if desired 

 Method 

Fry rice in pan with butter and cook until golden brown. Cook in a saucepan with minced steak, water, salt and soup. Cook ¾ hour. Curry if liked.
