Ingredients
• 1 tablespoon golden syrup
• 125g butter
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1 cup SR flour
• 1 cup mixed fruit
• ¼ coconut
Method
Preheat oven to 180 C, grease one lamington tray. Melt golden syrup, butter and sugar over stove. Add SR flour mixed fruit and coconut to syrup. Pour mixture into tray and cook for 15 minutes. Ice with lemon icing if desired.
