Ingredients
• 125g butter
• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 cups mixed fruit
• 1 ½ cups SR Flour
• 1 rounded teaspoon ginger
Method
Melt butter and sugar. Add beaten egg. Mix well. Stir in fruit and flour and ginger. 12 x 9 inch tin. Bake for 20 minutes in a moderate oven.
