Four Way Biscuits 

 Foundation Mixture Ingredients 

 • 125g butter 

 • ½ cup sugar 

 • 1 egg 

 • 2 cups SR flour 

 Coffee Creams 

 Add 1 tablespoon coffee essence and ½ teaspoon vanilla to creamed butter and sugar. Add beaten egg and flour. Bake until cooked, can join biscuits with icing. 

 Monte Carlos 

 Add 1 tablespoon honey to creamed butter and sugar, add egg and flour. Bake, join with raspberry jam and lemon flavoured icing. 

 Orange Slices 

 Add grated rind of 1 orange to butter and sugar. Add egg, flour and 3 tablespoons orange juice. Bake, join with orange icing.

  Orange icing/glaze 

 • 1 ½ cups orange icing sugar • 2 teaspoons softened butter • Orange rind • 2 or 3 dessertspoons milk. Mix icing sugar, butter and rind together, and add milk to desired consistency
