Chocolate Toffee Topping

Ingredients 

• 1 cup icing sugar 

• 1 slightly rounded tablespoon cocoa 

• 1 teaspoon vanilla 

• 1 tablespoon water 

• Chopped walnuts on top 

 Method 

Combine in saucepan and heat briefly (don’t boil). I used an extra 1-2 tablespoons of water to get it to a syrupy consistency.
