Ingredients
• ¾ cup caster sugar
• 85g butter
• 3 eggs
• ½ tea cup milk
• 1 ½ cups SR Flour
• 2 dessertspoons cocoa
• 1 teaspoon mixed spice
• ½ cup chopped walnuts
Method
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs. Add milk alternately with sifted SR flour, cocoa and spice and lastly add the walnuts. Bake in a moderate oven 15-20 minutes.
