Ingredients
• 60g Butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 bananas, mashed
• 1 ½ cups SR Flour
• ¾ teaspoon bicarb soda
• 3 tablespoons milk
Icing
• 1 dessertspoon butter
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ¼ teaspoon vanilla
Dissolve bicarb soda in milk. Cream butter and sugar. Add bananas and beat well again. Add sifted flour and soda dissolved in milk. Bake 180˚C for one hour. Icing – Boil all ingredients together until it starts to thicken. Take from stove and beat until fairly thick.
